Pinot Noir Early and Seyval Blanc grapes fermented together to produce this richer coloured rosé wine. Hand picked from our Upton Bishop Vineyard.
With a little extended skin contact in the press, the colours and flavours are a little more extracted and suit this extra-dry style (would be called medium dry in still wine terms).
This level of sweetness brings out a delicious palate of summer fruits with a sherbet tang to the finish. The creamy textured fizz really compliments the fruit levels too, and the acidity gives balance to the sweetness.
Have a well-chilled glass with a bowl of summer fruits and berries; try with rich pâtés; or even with fruity desserts.

Early ripening Pinot Noir used for our red wine. This consistently performs well in our cooler climate.
Reliable vine variety that shrugs off frost and cooler seasons to consistently produce a good clean crop of grapes. We use this in our sparkling wines to give a lively zesty character.
