Sparkling Rosé – Brut

Using the same grape varieties as the 2019 Rosé, but with less skin contact at pressing, gives us a much paler rosé, and perhaps a more serious, complex wine.

Traditional method used with lees ageing over 3 years.

The aromas are redcurrant and raspberry to the fore, just a hint of toast too.

Mouth-filling fizz accentuates the fresh, crispness of this dry wine and a mouth watering, zest-like cleanness runs through the wine to the long finish.

So delicious on its own, but also with food pairings such as grilled salmon; roast chicken or herby salads and pasta dishes.
